My wife stopped by where I work today. I asked her to call a friend of mine and let him know that we would stop by
after I got home. She told me he had sent us a text thanking us for a christmas card and that I have to read it. I called
her on my way home and asked her what the message said. She sounded a little down and she said he was thanking
us and telling us how awesome we are. I asked her if something was wrong and she said yes. She hesitated so I asked
her "What?" She said John died last night.
