well obviously classic black sabbath was ozzy so for my favorite singer of sabbath I would say ozzy but I do personally like dios solo stuff better than ozzys. Dio was a much better singer and a much smarter person than ozzy was. But that's no put down to ozzy cause his stuff was great too.
