Me too! I ended up emailing Live Nation to see what the problem was. They told me I ordered things that were on backorder and that demand for this item (they didn't say what item) was much higher than anticipated and they expect a shipment in the next 1-4 weeks from the manufacturer. I have a feeling that it's the necklaces. Hopefully they get it in 1 week instead of 4! As soon as I get that necklace, I'll let you know if it's the same one that we got in 2009.
