LOL a trucking Co. office...I can picture that...the one I'm having in the univeristy was kind of messy because of the number of books and stuff we have, but after we got the new shelf it looks great too... and about the cost it was actually because they charge $6 for sending it to the US and the other $4 for sending it here, but the company I regularly use (don't ask the name) is free of charge...don't know why, but I don't complain either...it makes me sound like a cheap person, which I am... They finally redecorated my office at work and let me get a proper desk for it, and now that it looks good I actually spent a bit of money to spruce it up a bit. lol I'll take Flora's camera to work and take a picture of it. Too bad I didn't get a before picture, as my office was absolutely hideous. It looked more like an office for a trucking company than a health care facility. I know my desk had to be at least 20 years old and it was lamenated presswood and even the lamitate was wearing off of it. lol
That shipping cost isn't too bad, I think I had to pay 6.00 and I'm so called "local" | | paorcamp wrote: | | unbelievable! who could tell they're more efficient in london...LOL...
and two sculptures?! that sounds great! you should show me some pics anytime!
I hope DHL guys know their job because the site didn't allow me to select a different company...and, they were charging me $10 or so... they'll burn in hell...hahaha (Quoting Message by spapad from Sunday, February 20, 2011 4:45:21 PM)

The mail probably wont slow it down that much, in some cases yes though, as I just experienced. lol
I bought two sculptures online at the first of this month and it took two weeks for it to get here. By it's tracking number it sat in a UPS warhouse in Oklahoma City for a week before moving an inch! I would have just as soon NOT had the tracking number as that just made me all that much more ticked off about.
At the same time I ordered something from London and paid the cheepest shipping, and it got to me before a package originating in my own country. lol

that's strange, I've been able to see the pictures...
and I know! we're like kids waiting for their christmas gifts...we just can't wait another day
and you at least are in the US, in my case I have to wait for them to ship it there and then send it here...in the middle of nowhere...
btw, what did you buy???
