Yes, it totally sounds like that to me too - KK has lost his passion. Personally, I think he wanted to do the Nostradamus tour and when that was shot down, he decided to retire. They were still talking about it and looking into doing it. No one would probably fund that, it would cost too much money to do and it would have limited appeal to fans.
Listen to Scott Travis in this interview....it sure as hell sounds like K.K. has lost the passion to play heavy metal music and this leads us to belive he wanted to write music thats related to Nostradamus and the band wants to play and write heavy metal music.
