For me its not the "party vibe" about the album i don't like.... Living After Midnight,Don't Hve To Be Old To Be Wise,Heading Out To The Highway all have an upbeat type of style yet none of the tracks from Turbo could possibly be close to the quality of those tracks. Turbo for me is the song writting that spanks of poor song quality. Its all personal opinions, but for me Turbo is the ultimate worse LP Priest have ever done.
Point Of Entry,Ram It Down,Jugulator,Demolition and Nostradamus all are better than Turbo in my opinion and of course the rest of Priest's discography is far better quality than the "T" album I hate so much lol! I was 16 when this LP hit the shelves and I almost cried it was "that bad".
I also got in to Priest through the Turbo songs and can't understand why the album is so underrated..
Maybe cus it has a 'party' element to it some people don't want to like it as it would harm their 'macho' metal image ?
