How is it "far fetched" Brian? The only band I can think of that has "3" lead guitarists is Iron Maiden.....can you name any others that are actually popular? I doubt it. If Priest did that it would be totally ripping Maiden off BIG TIMe,it wouldn't be credited to JUdas Priest by the media at all,it would be Judas Priest following the footsteps of Maiden by adding a 3rd guitarist how could it not Brian? Everybody would be raming it down your throat how Priest has 3 guitarists just like Maiden blah blah blah and you know it.
Hellrider....Priest don't copy they lead...yes so why copy Iron Maiden and add a 3rd guitarist? I think people need to lay K.K. Downing to rest and give Richie Faulkner a "chance" to help Judas Priest continue,they don't need K.K. back ,after he announced he was retireing he isn't going to change his mind in 6 weeks Hellrider,it would make him look follish if he did. Maybe 2 years from now yeah but 6 weeks..."I'm back"...? I'd be pissed at this point.
If KK Downing happened to return the three guitar attack woud be killer man, I agree they should give Faulkner a chance. Saying it's a copy of Maiden and lame is a bit far fetched.

I know your a full time Judas Priest fan Hellrider...I'm a "part time Judas Priest fan"..but I realize your a full timer and I'm pretty much 99% sure K.K. won't come back for this studio album and thats fine by me,I wouldn't want him back right now with his mind-set and the mood he is in these days with heavy metal but I sure as hell have respect for what he has done for us fans and I thank him.
Tipton/Faulkner....2 axe attack not 3!!! That would be totally lame Hellrider because then they are just copying Iron Maiden with thier "3 axe attack". It would make Priest look foolishly imitating Maiden and it would give Maiden that much more credit in the media,bad idea but I know that your heart is in the right place with this subject.
