I, too, play guitar, and it was Glenn and K.K., among others, that inspired me to start. I also see the artistic value of Turbo, Point of Entry, etc.
While I feel something is really missing without him, K.K. is doing what he feels is right for him, for the fans, and for the band. As a man, he needs to look to his own life first.
This man has given us many years of his time. He could have quit long ago, and still had millions to his name, and never looked back. But he stuck it out all those years - and if he happens to need to call it off a little sooner than the other guys, then that's just how it goes sometimes,
K.K., I respect you, and I'll miss you - but I support you in your decision.
And Richie is an amazing guitarist, who I hope will be able to fulfill the role for years to come.
