I understand this is a very long shot and probably won't be read in a timely manner, but
i suppose it does not hurt to try. Figuring that I don't have "Respect points" that is.
My best friend of 30 years died last August, he was 45, we were supposed to go to the San Diego show next Oct-19.
We have been to a few shows in the past including the 2009 tour.
I was also diagnosed recently with some sort of Lupus and was extremely depressed over these 2 events, going over the mortality issues in my mind, etc.
It would mean the world to me if you take it upon and dedicate Beyond the Realms of Death in honor of my friend Ernesto (RIP) during next Oct-19 show
