In Ohio you can go to the library and access a database that list every cd that every library in the state has.
Just key in what you're looking for and it will show you what library it's at. You can then have it sent to your
library. Take it home and burn it. My recorder makes true copies so it sounds the same as a bought disc.
I don't believe there are any laws against this so it shouldn't be considered stealing.
