Nah,I didn't care for thier symphony thing,nor did I like the Kiss one either. Just not my thing. On another note,I really hope the new album will have enough of Richie's style injected into it.
Just wondering, I know you dont love metalica, did you like their ochestra thing?
Personaly I thought that was great. the kiss one was blah.
Priest I dont see it working for, even if they were the first.

Painkiller style tracks with lots of solos Evans says....what happened to wanting a style of the 70's & 80's? A full style Painkiller album won't happen
Glenn has mentioned there are styles similar to Sad Wings Of Destiny and British Steel "along with" styles similar to Painkiller.
Halford singing within the range he has today,yes he shouldn't try and force anything.
No concept album,just straight ahead classic metal I agree.
Simple cover art? Fuck that,the more detail on this one the better.
