While I must admit that I wondered if he had tats on his butt, I prefer to talk about the "feather" for obvious reasons! HAAAA!!!!
No. That is not a feather of any sort. I'd sooner believe it to be the brim of a sombrero. At least it has the right curve. Birds don't have curved feathers. At least that big which would have to be a flight feather. Ok, perhaps it is the headcrest feather of an excited cocatoo. Dipped in a black hardening solution, of course.
A fake feather, maybe?
I'm sure it'll hurt no matter where on your body you decide to have a tattoo done. Definitely the belly, though...and maybe the shins. Or the butt. Hmmm...I wonder if he has any on his butt?
