How about a quick computer lesson. The key to the immediate left of the letter "A" says "caps lock." It usually has a light and I can all but guarantee that yours is always glowing. Please press it once to turn it off.
Like not spamming us with your flaming letters and widgets, not typing in all caps is common to what most would consider one of the basic rules of proper "netiquette."
As per Wiki's second line on the subject:
"Another rule is to avoid typing in all caps or grossly enlarging script for emphasis, which is considered to be the equivalent of shouting or yelling."
