 Actually they would have to take into careful consideration the size of the house that the collection is in. I mean it could be anything from a "Mansion on the hill" to say a 
.....dumpster. There's a designer guy out in California that converts everyday dumpsters that you see around town into houses that you can actually live in with everything you need(lol)...So we are lookin at a wide range here of say ...64 sq.ft.(dumpster) to 10,000 sq.ft.(mansion on the hill). So when someone boasts that they have a "houseload+"  size Priest collection that's bigger and better than someone else doesn't actually mean that much if they live in a dumpster. lol ...just sayin
