I have, but never read through, the entire lawsuit but I suppose Metal God Entertainment is tied into this mess as well. After all, free copies of "Crucible - remixed / remastered" with Apparel purchases. If this is, indeed, the death nail for all these companies (company?) then I hope they change the "gift" to something else soon. I am not Hellrider. I have no use for seven versions of Crucible (plus, I know how to rip an exact copy of a disc I already own!).
The lawsuit says that John Baxter owns/controls Metal God apparel. Since Rob and John are parting ways, I'm sure it's all being liquidated. Bought a bunch of shirts for the boys, Mark and I as well. Too good a deal to pass up!! But it's very sad..... and begs the question, what will happen to the Halford band?
