They should have no trouble including it unless they've already started processing your order (doubtful). Only problem is that you have to tell them that you want it all shipped together or else they'll hit you with more shipping charges for sending two shipments. With the free CD, you'll only get your stuff after the June 12 release. Without, they would ship right away.
