I was informed today that I need sensitivity training! Seems I run the dock to much like a boot camp they say. Perhaps some discipline and work ethic lessons for my young 20 something crew???? Plus the fuckers say I cuss to much!!!! What nerve.....Bastards! Time to bring the Payne (pain) !
