Hell, if you are going to chime in on the convo, at least post something Tate did THIS DECADE! That is him in 2001 on the "Live Evolution" DVD. Easy tell...Tate has hair!
How about the same song this year? Hard to hear but the audience and bandmates hit the high notes here. I am a Tate fan but more the way he was not the way he is now. You only have to watch him do this solo / acoustic version (also online) to know that you are comparing someone who wants to front a heavier band vs. one who now wants to sing cabaret.
