Yeah, like painters. I guess you aren't famous until you die. Marconi gets the radio and anyone who has been to the top of the Eiffel tower knows that a figure of Edison is sitting up there. Shame that there are numerous things named after Edison (especially in Detroit) while a Serb-American like Tesla still undoubtedly changed the world as we know it.
Yeah the doco said he died in poverty, and that the patent Marconi stole got rectified after his death - something like that anyways.
