THANK YOU!!! You know that you and Craig were going to be my "go to" people on this one and I am with Craig. WTF sort of propaganda film was that nonsense that was both boring and stole 3 hours of my life last night!? Up for an Oscar, Golden Globes, ok. Must be good. GAWD, not only a yawn-fest but, trite, and nonsensical to boot! They speak the wrong languange in certain places!!! That rubs me the wrong way as people who think they speak Spanish in Brazil. Bless you, Craig, and your family for your service!!
Now I have heard good things about Lincoln too. Hope that is at least better than that garbage I watched last night. Don't think it is still in my theaters but I hope to catch it on DVD.
You are correct - Craig has confirmed "O" dark thirty. He hates Katherine Bigelows movies, he saw The Hurt Locker and said it was shit because it didn't accurately portray life over in those places. I have zero interest in watching them cos they look boring LOL!
Now, we have seen Lincoln recently (not released here yet, shhhh hehe) and I enjoyed that movie, Tommy Lee Jones was great as was Daniel Day-Lewis.

GAWD, how that boring pos is up for an Oscar is a mystery to me. It would have been an ok "made for tv" film but I say rent it so you can take a nap, have a cup of coffee and still get to the actual raid where the SEALS hit bin Laden's compound. Even that part of the film, while fine, is outdone by video games. Zzzzzzzzz to the film as a whole.
Ed note: is it just me or isn't it "O" dark thirty? While I've never served in the military, I do know many who have and I am all but positive that even the title of the film is wrong (not to mention the numerous plot flaws in the film itself).
