Uhhhhh...WAS, perhaps? If I am not mistaken, you yourself mentioned that, in Halford IV, the song "Twenty-Five Years" was a personal note on his part to speak of his sobriety for at least a quarter of a century (after all, we can't expect that he was a "hedonist" as a small child now can we?).
