Last I heard there's a big heatwave going on in Europe. It's possible that there's no electricity at the moment from overusage. That or she's been banned from that Internet cafe she frequents.
anyone see any news about internet outages in europe? cant have run out of funds for the internet cafe, welfare cheques in europe come in near the first of the month so she should be good for a while.
