We just came back from a double shot of Queensryche. HOLY SHIT!! If you are a fan of the OLD Queensryche, ie the '80s and '90s, GO SEE THEM!! When I say that, I mean the Todd La Torre Queensryche, not the Geoff Tate farce. Todd is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I haven't heard Take Hold Of The Flame sound that incredible since the '90s. Not to mention, Todd is one hell of a nice guy! We had the honor of talking to him for quite a while and he is so down to Earth and has a fantastic sense of humor. The band puts on one hell of a show! Go see and hear for yourself - Todd sounds just like Geoff used to (better IMO) and the band is playing all their old songs - songs Geoff could no longer sing. You won't be sorry, I promise!
