vaillant now thats a lovely steak yum yum

but now for the hard part,

been with the cancer specialist today and all the scans and test are in 
and the verdict is that the cancer has spread form the bowels into my lungs and lever

so the that will make the battle much much harder

they have placed a portacat into my shoulder today
and on monday the battle begins with the chemo and stuff

i will keep you all posted on the progress
