Our search for Scooter came to a sad end today. I did a flier drop this morning and a neighbour across the road rang to say he had found him dead behind his front fence in a little bit of bushes a couple of days ago (the first flier from a week ago must have gotten blown out of their mailbox in the wind we've been having). He was decomposing so the guy put him in a rubbish bag and put him in the bin near the local dairy (corner store to americans). He was really sorry and went to check for us but the rubbish has been taken already. I'm going to miss him so much but it is good to have closure.
