Rob would go to both KK and Glenn, interacting with both of them during every live show that I have been to. I have seen them on every tour since the '86 Turbo tour. The only tour that I did not see Rob go to anyone was the Painkiller show in Detroit in 1990. There was definitely a rift between them all then. But since the reunion in 2003, Rob has always interacted with all the members - Ian, Glenn, KK and Scott too. During the 30th anniversary British Steel tour (2009), which I saw 3 times, I never suspected anything was wrong. I have many pictures of Rob on stage coming over to KK and putting his arm around him. I would say Rob went to Glenn and KK equally. Everyone seemed to be having a blast and KK seemed very happy when we met him. It came as a complete shock when they announced their retirement. The HALFORD band was playing with Ozzy the day the announcement was made. I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt, Rob was absolutely GUTTED during that show!! We had made a HALFORD banner and were in the front row. I had written Rob a letter that was taken to him when the band signed our banner. At the end of the show, Rob looked over to me and thanked me with tears in his eyes. This has not been easy on any of them.
When KK was in JP and they played live, I always thought Halford walked to Tipton (not always, but 90%) and not KK during live.
But now when they play live he walk down to Faulkner and Tipton like 50% each.
Did Halford and KK had any, how can I write it....a twist going on?
Is there anyone who can please tell me that I have wrong and Halford and KK DID get along !!
JP in Karlstad 4/12 in Sweden <--------- YEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH :D
