My thoughts exactly. Would have cost too much, too much time passed before they even thought to get such a production going, half the fans of the band didn't like it at all and it would have been a financial nightmare. Timing, again, was WAY off.
I also would like to see it. Select venues, certainly taped for DVD. Still, reality must take precedence and, fiscially, that would have been a really dumb move for the time. I am MUCH happier to have both that and Redeemer of Souls (with British Steel tour thrown in there for good measure!).
Oh yes, I agree. Vail, don't feed the twattroll. <====heh....new word. You can feel free to eliminate one of those "t"s in between if you wish.

Apparently, if you didn't completely support Priest doing the entire Nostra album on stage in her thread from 2013, you are not a true fan and do not love the album. I don't know, I can't understand stupid. My opinion at the time it came out was HELL YEAH, do the rock opera!! Then too much time passed. And having a touring orchestra with them, not to mention all the sets and costume changes would cost a fortune to put on tour. Considering half the fans do not like the album, they wouldn't have great attendance at the shows and it would cost them too much money to put it on tour. Better off waiting until they have retired and doing it as a one time gig and putting the show on DVD. But stating the obvious like this makes me a stupid, bad fan who doesn't know anything.
Yes, I know that you have ALWAYS defended the Nostra album. There are songs on it that I do not love and skip by, but I still consider it a masterpiece musically. I know the band has plans for it in the future and I think that is fantastic. I also know they are planning on writing another album ASAP because they realize they don't have a lot of time left. So Nostra takes the backseat for now, which I have no problem with at all and am not going to demand that they do it RIGHT NOW, like half wit wants.

What the hell is twatwaffle saying about me now to elicit this response?!? That I hated Nostra?!? She is deranged (in case you didn't notice). Why the hell would I have bought the album at least twice (Deluxe CD and then $100 Box LP set that I had them sign), see them three times on that tour, am LOOKING at two coffee mugs with a third still in box upstairs, own at least three Nostra necklaces, the tour shirt and more that, if I put my mind to it, could come up with that I bought as I loved the album. One of its biggest defenders here, in fact! Just ask JD or HB who both didn't much care for it. ALWAYS on my marathon iPod!
What a fool. Obviously, it seems that she can't stop talking about me. Oh wait....lets have some "prooves"
Had them sign the LP book, scanned it, photoshopped it, made it bigger and had it professionally matted and framed.
Cheap poster that, again, I spent more than $100 to have professionally matted and framed:
SCREW OFF, TWAT! YOU KNOW NOTHING!!!!

There people go again, rewriting history to bash people........ I'm convince your little troll friend is incapable of comprehending English. I love Nostra and so does Guido. Was it the album that I had hoped for? NO! Is it a masterpiece? YES!! Do I still listen to it? YES! Do I want Priest to waste years trying to put this out on tour?? FUCK NO!!! They don't have much time left, and I want as much music from them as I can get! I don't think half wit understands the undertaking it would be to put this show together. Not to mention, this was KK's baby as well and I DO NOT want to see it performed without him!!! Fans are torn between hating and loving this album. The band knows it and that is why they didn't do a tour to support it, instead opting for the 30th anniversary British Steel tour!
STOP FEEDING THE TROLL VAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There you go. You only listen to your friends. Out of 600 friends, there's bound to be at least one that doesn't like every single song on the album.
And of course Glenn and Rob like this album - they created it.

No deffinately NOT! I have had over 600 friends on fb on my old pages, they all loved this masterpiece and did regret that Kenny was gone! I DO NOT LIE TO MYSELF - I HATE NOTHING MORE THAN LIES - this album was for weeks on the highest places in the charts - have a look at all the interviews of Rob - he likes this album too very much and Glenn and Rob were bothered about the silly questions of the Interviewers: "Why do you have created this album?" -what a damn fucking questions.... it still annoys me. His answer was: "WHY NOT??"

That's because you only look for what you want to see.
A lot of people like to do that.
