I never trust the scales used at hospitals or at gyms because so many people use them and sometimes they're not recalibrated (if ever) by the facility. Best that you have your own, IMO.

I was weighed in some health checkup at work the day before my weigh in and came 8 pounds higher, which I still call bs on. but I also measured half an inch taller, and I doubt at my age I get taller.
