Cathedral Spires is an awsome track and an instant classic.  But hey...."Here Come The Tears"
may not be a great Judas Priest track but Halford's vocals on it are very great.

Most of us know him from Saturday Night Live. Comedian. Jim Breuer. Just do a google search and you'll find some of his stuff. Funniest, really, was on SNL but they hold tight pursestrings on those vids.

LOL! Yes he actually does sing with more emotion than Ripper ...no lie there. And yeah I heard him jump an octave when he saw Halford!!

And "who" exactly is that "Breuer" guy anyways Guido?   [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by guidogodoy from Monday, August 24, 2009 1:02:59 AM)

I love it when Breuer jumps an octave when the God walks in and surprises him.
Perhaps I didn't say it clearly enough but JIM BREUER sings with more emotion than Ripper! Hits the high notes too!

I am growing tired of posting against you so this time I'll give my opinion..."Cathedral Spires"
is Ripper Owens best track out of any albums he has done in my opinion. He really did a great
job on this song.......I don't think there is a track better than this by Tim.

Over here it's called 'Killing Machine' - in the USA there was a bonus track  but with remasters that was finally included. YES it's a great album...first i heard tho was 'Sad Wings..' - mate's brother played it to me....instantly hooked. Wife i am so jealous of...she saw JP with Budgie as support in '76 (if i rem right)...i'd donate a testicle to have been there...

As it is my birthday today, I'm gonna celebrate it by listening to the first Priest album I had ever heard...it's what turned me on to Priest...

Hell Bent for Leather

I know a number of fans look at this album as the beginning of the bands change to a new direction, but having not heard their previous releases prior to, this album grabbed me by the "boys" and never let me go!!!!!!  Although I have other Priest albums that I enjoy more than this one, it holds a very special place in my heart as it is my "first"...and we ALL have one of those (at least, he he he!!!)...So, if you happen to have this one, give it a spin today for old times sake with me on my day today...after all, it is the Mighty Priest

HERZELEID....RAMMSTEIN (1996)

Rocky George is an unsung guitar hero. Loved his style.
It is grating, to say the least, that Rob Trujillo went to Metallica. Gives them a little street cred, I guess.
