Like you Lana, I been driving in snow forever, and feel just fine with it, but when I went to college in Richmond, I didn't dare go out on the road the day we got four inches of snow. I was not concerned for my own driving ability it was all the people who have not a clue how to drive in snow that kept me off the roads. I saw three fender benders in as many blocks walking to school that day.

On another note, since we have moved, we had to vote at a different location this year as we are in a new precinct. There was not much of a line at all. I did see a couple guys that I have not seen in about TEN years!!! That was well worth the trip! Now I am tending my pot of homemade soup and watching show after show on the "results"...AARRRRGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I always find election time a sort of prelude to a new era where all dreams of the future have the chance of fruition. Our elections take place early next year so we'll see what our future holds.. However, right now it's your turn for change. I'm watching the results on CNN and SKY news... either way, may the best man win!
