If the next LP turned out like Angel Of Retribution I will be more than satisfied.

I agree.Its ok that they try something new even though I think it sucks when they try,but thats me....anyways if they are going to maintain the "metal gods"perception than they must create a solid british heavy metal album and there is no reason why this new album can't rival Painkiller...its time they walk the walk,or hang up the leathers.....I think that they will deliver the goods. The song Nostradamus blew me away too. What a great song. I am soo looking forward to a solid british metal album. But I agree with you JT, there is no excuse for not taking out a few minutes from at least one of the 5 boys and updating the diehard fans or even saying hi. I just hope that means they are hard at work in the studio now that the holidays are over! But to tide me over, I've discovered "All Fired Up" on Turbo's re-masters as the bonus track. I won't quit this forum,or stop listening to the old Judas Priest records or anything like that,but I will no longer be interested in anything they do,tour,interviews,ect....I will simply lose interest in this band's future.

I have to admit here,if the next album "sucks" like Turbo,Demolition,Nostradamus and (even though not a Priest album) "Winter Songs" then my interests in this band will be dulled and "dead". They can't keep putting out rubbish and keep old school fans interested. I'll always consider Judas Priest my favorite band regardless of what they put out,but I still will lose interest in this band if they don't deliver us something "real". So we will play the waiting game once more hellrider....this is it man.
I won't quit this forum,or stop listening to the old Judas Priest records or anything like that,but I will no longer be interested in anything they do,tour,interviews,ect....I will simply lose interest in this band's future.
This is the kind of fallout that comes from fucking "experimenting" rather than sticking to your guns doing what you do best. The ball is in thier court,lets see if they can score.

Nah hellrider,why bring on the "hard core Priest" when we should be wishing for a "chritmas album" from not Rob but a christmas album from Judas Priest? Why not just wait untill next December and then the boys could round up apostles from the local church and have them sing backing vocals of Jesus hymns for the next Priest record? Why not? Everybody else is up for it? Just a "heads up"...I think the glory days of writting an 'evil" orienated heavy metal album are now "gone for good".
