Digressing a bit - a chef/cook is only as good as his tools - i use Shogun or Global knives. Cost a little more but u notice the difference. (Ever tried to chop an onion with a blunt knife? ugh....). |

I was lazy and got pre-prepared Kievs... the butter exploded out the side when it was just about done... It went really well with the potatos.
