Oh, I know that -- but these guys parade around priding themselves on their "classic" rock -- and the other (lesser) choices are all from the same era, and they play the same shit over and over, and ...  well, yeah.  I should know better than to fight what is considered 'normal' -- lol!  

But... in trying to "Keep The Faith" alive, I still sent off an informative little email.  I feel better.

This is done whilst emailing one of our local 'rock' stations who is doing a vote for Best Band, Best Singer, Best Drummer, Best Album Cover, Best Concept Album, and Best Guitarist & Bass ... you get the idea.

BUT ... of course, Judas Priest is not even an option to vote for in any category, whatsoever! 

I'm trying to be as nice as possible to these people, but I am just a little freakin' tired of JP consistently being the most under-rated, overlooked band in music history.  Grrr....      (Not even an honourable mention).

I saw Alice earlier this year in NZ, he does a great show, i'd love to see him again, love all those unPC antics of his, awesome songs too.

I used to like the Ramones. But to listen to a station that plays only their deep-cuts, about 10 times a day, is driving me crazy.
