How long have you been unemployed, what have you been living off, why did you leave your job?.etc etc.... I have already been asked this 3 times.... You think they could make a note on my file or something.??
So, to end up having him tell me.... We have no appointments left today...........................................................I got there 45 mins after they opened!................. I had maybe 5 people in front of me in the que......................I waited almost an hour in the fucking que!!!........................................For him to say, I have already turned 4 people away this morning, our appointments have filled up...
DO you think in a fucking recession where obviously there are going to be more people applying for unemployment benefits they would have more people working at the unemployment office to cater for this demand?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! 45 mins and no appointments left for the whole day!!!!!!
To make matters worse i had the exact same thing happen to me on Friday.... "Sorry we have no appointments left"................ I walked 40 mins each way to get to the fucking joint and they tell me to come back tomorrow... They want me to finalise my claim by this comming Friday....... If they keep turning me away i'm going to go nuts..in the office... I am at wits end.. I never wanted it to come to this, I just want a fucking job, I'll seriously do almost any job..... BUT NO, FUCKING NOTHING................................. I left the office, jammed my mp3 on and put the volume on max... listened to Painkiller for the walk home. Got home and threw a few things around and yelled some abuse. I think i have finally calmed down. But I swear.... Tomorrow i will be getting to the office 20 mins before they open... so as to make sure i get an appointment. And if they say they need more documents or some shit i will explode.
Welfare is a fabulous thing............... IF YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The recession makes it all to went more bad, but the situation here sucks since years ago!! Ya, we have our employment insurance, so I get my monthly money to pay the rent for my apartment, the energy and water supply, my bills and what I need to living for a month (+ the health insurance and so on...), but in the case you are unemployed here you're just a number not a name and that's what really sucks, 'Cause there's no-one to give you a real alternative!!

Oh...I would love to pay for a training course, If i had a job i would. I know that the job agency i am with will help me pay for a course once i'm on benefits...... When i can get on it that is. Lord knows it will be another struggle trying to get a training course...... I'm still seething from this morning.
Oh and wanna know why i waited in a que for an hour...... They had one guy on handling all the new applications... There are 4 computer stations for them to work from. But no, they had one guy.... who mind you was taking his sweet time.
When i finally left there was about 20 people behind me in the que....... Wonder how many of them were turned away. Assuming they are not still standing in that que.

OK, the place has been open for 45 mins.... I wait in line for close to an hour, listening to most horrible radio music. Get to the front desk finally..... The guy checks to make sure i have all my documents (Yes, i had them checked the last time i went there trying to get an appointment)... He starts asking me the usual... How long have you been unemployed, what have you been living off, why did you leave your job?.etc etc.... I have already been asked this 3 times.... You think they could make a note on my file or something.??
So, to end up having him tell me.... We have no appointments left today...........................................................I got there 45 mins after they opened!................. I had maybe 5 people in front of me in the que......................I waited almost an hour in the fucking que!!!........................................For him to say, I have already turned 4 people away this morning, our appointments have filled up...
DO you think in a fucking recession where obviously there are going to be more people applying for unemployment benefits they would have more people working at the unemployment office to cater for this demand?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! 45 mins and no appointments left for the whole day!!!!!!

There was a time I've thought the situation in other countrys like Australia are better than here in Germany. Since two years (!!) I'm waiting for a new training!! And our famous employment bureau is telling me that they have one for me this year - for three month!! Daily 3 to 5 hours!! What they're thinking about this bullshit?? I don't get a new job with a training like this!! Ya, we have assholes here too like you.

It's kind of a moot point that during a recession, 'business' for employment agencies will go up! Monaghan garnered no little amount of ill-will for having held on to the Lions and NEVER investing in them for so long while still holding his religious beliefs (and subsequent boycotts against the teams he basically used as pawns) in front of the careers / teams he was supposed to represent.

Haaaa!!! When you grow up with this sort of thing, you get kinda immune to it. Funny thing is that they built them this big beautiful new field as well! Makes them look all the better when they lose! I guess some will eat fish, and I have heard of some eating chicken, but no pork, or red meat... Iam not a vegitarian, Although I dont eat alot of meat just once in a while,, I know some people that have some type of it everyday with their meals..

A true vegetarian does not eat fish, no meat, no shellfish. A VEGAN doesn't eat ANY byproduct of an animal including milk or eggs.

This is an idea of what I'm doing...the above picture is a "Wheelabrator" or "shot peen machine"....the one I work on is about 3 times as big! I put parts on both doors,only one door goes into the Wheelabrator at a time,its controlled by a control panel set with RPMs.....and "cast steel shot" s-230 shot peen(looks like small BBs for a BB gun)...and a ton of paper work I have to fill out each job! lol! I have to get certified by Boeing once a year! I actually like shot peen,but this retarded company that I work for is what is ticking me off!! Oh well,I'll have to put up with it....."sigh".

I have to get certified by Boeing once a year! I actually like shot peen,but this retarded company that I work for is what is ticking me off!! Oh well,I'll have to put up with it....."sigh".

Man, me and the Oper. Mngr. went round and round yesterday during a step 2 grievance procedure...pretty cut and dry case, but when he (he does this all the time) knows he can't win, he bombards me with all these useless documents that I have to go through, just to delay the inevitable...worst of all, it;s not even him who's responsible, it's the owner and I'm trying to get to step 3...I guess it makes him feel important or something, but in the mean while, a worker on the floor is paying the price...arrrrgh, business as usual...
