THINGS ARE GOING WELL! THIS TIME OF THE YEAR I GET A LITTLE CRAZY BEING AN ACCOUNTANT. WE ARE A LITTLE CRAZIER THIS YEAR WITH OUR COMPANY TRYING TO GO PUBLIC.
HOW DO YOU FEEL? SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE DOING WELL. [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by WhiskeyWoman from Friday, November 28, 2008 4:47:42 PM) | | WhiskeyWoman wrote: | | Hey Scorpion! (you sweet thing, you!)
So good to see you again! Ron gave me your message... kind of kicked my butt to get back here. Missed you kind folks around here...
Now, *his* pc is down and the last chess move he made was Monday morning... MIA for almost two weeks now!
Hope things are good with you?

I have to go there for physio at the hospital. Pretty much takes the whole freakin' day... 1.5 hours of driving, one way a couple of times a week.
I was injured as owner of the company, with no extra WCB coverage for myself. Great, eh? Worked out well... I'm sure losing a body part is worth some bucks, but I'll never find out. So, if I can quote our ever-eloquent Stratlover here... "fuckity-fuck-fuck". No, not pissed about that at all... Doesn't bother me one little bit...
Yep, Reid was one of the builders we worked for. (Don't worry, at least it wasn't Albi -- they really suck! Trico's probably the best.) Glad to hear the plumbing's good. Quite likely we did your house! How cool is that? I really do think I recognize the address... Anyway, Wm. Schmidt Mech. would have contracted out the plumbing & heating.

good to see you again, and know that if you need a shoulder to lean on, there is always someone around here. now, if you cry on it we might make you do the laundry. I missed you all & thought of you often.
I just read well-wishes from Scorpion, Justin, Freeze and, of course, Ron. Thanks guyz....
How's school going Vail? And, MG, I'd gladly exchange phone numbers with you...
Thanks to Mara & Jeanine & Bev (and Necro!) for staying in touch. You're all such good people.
All of this really means a lot ... *sniff* ... (trying not to cry! lol...)
And I come back to Lana missing? Again...!? (Hope it's nothing to do with that former rice-diet.)
I felt compelled to come back, not only because I missed you all and have wondered how things were going ... but, I have news about Ron! Poor guy has had his pc down for a week and a half now. He managed to sneak onto his work pc and quickly send a note while making a desperate move in chess. (Actually, that's not fair -- he's remembered how to play! Giving me a good run for my money now...)
I think we need to take up a collection for him to get it fixed!
It's been a tough month, that I'm thinkin' will be tough a while longer. I just didn't want to bring the board down with my "boo-hooing" and self-pity ... Which, I'm not going to lie to you, "I'm not okay with, yet." All I can say is, "I'm trying..." Poor Colley has had to pull out his best material to keep me laughing lately, and I think he needs some help with that. He needs a break. Your turn!
Anyway, good to 'see' you all again. Nice to know you're all there.
I'll try to visit more often.

My fav time of year, one of my fav shows on TV. Like any good fan, I stopped it and popped in the DVD. Edited version? No way!
I have would have been Riff in the play! Thus, my scene! Anxiously awaiting the entrance of Eddie!!!!
