Well we got drums down on 10 tunes last night before an exhausted Jim, who worked all night then came over, had to retire. We will have the rest drummed up this coming weekend....So far......

One of the nastiess (sp ck) snows I saw here was 38 degrees! If its falling hard and fast enough and the ground is at or below 32, it will stick. We also have 2 giant lakes to contend with that produces nasty lake effect snow. We are approaching the time of year for that. WHen the air is cold enough it will pick up moisture from the warmer lakes, crystalize it and off we go!! By this time next week, we should have all the vocal tracks completed! MM will finish up with the bass tracks and, provided Jim gets done, we can get this thing heading into "post production" before Thanksgiving!

no, it can snow above freezing which is properly refered to a zero (C) as you may recall, higher in the atmosphere it is generaly colder, as long as its below 0 there, the snow can form. to have it stay around for a while you need temps below 0 at ground level (and for the ground to be frozen). otherwise you get snow that turns to slush, then water.
