It would be hard being an emotional eater - I am too, as soon as my husband went to Afghanistan, and whenever I get bad news, I reach for chocolate or whatever. I'm a highly sensitive and emotional person too LOL!

My mom had a diabetic stroke went into a coma & died--her blood sugar was in the 1700's sI sure don't want to end up like that--my oldest brother has been having mini strokes & is slowly losing his eyesight but he doesn't take his meds right & he refuses to take his insulin--I can yell til I'm blue in the face but the decision is ultimately his

I was the same way--I'm a nurse & we people in health care take care of every one else except for ourselves
I was diet controlled too for 2 years but the last year or so have been tough --I'm an emotional eater & it just wrecked havoc on my system not to mention my diabetes but I have a new doc who listens to me & now I'm on the right track

Haven't been on here for a while 'cos I've been takin' care of my ex, who has mono... She's feelin' better now, and I'm tryin' to get her to come to the Priest concert on July 3rd.
Also tryin' to get a job (yes, still)... 'Cos it's hard to create your dream Heavy Metal drum kit if you don't have money (Roughly $8000 'er so).
