Hiya Ron xxx

There's a friend I haven't spoken to in ages! How you keeping?

Yeah, I managed to cheat it the whole winter. Even managed to keep up my cycling regine for most of it but now I'm down and all the good races are starting to happen so I'm being a good girl and resting up lol. Driving me nuts. I hate being still. I also just worked out a new gym routine and did it for one week and then had to stay in bed. However, I'm an incurable optimist and I shall return in full fighting shape any day now.. anytime now would be good for me lol.

Oooh yes the fever can be dodgy. I had a bad one when I was sick at the start of winter, man it was awful, I sympathise!
Drums are so awesome, loving them LOL! They live in the bedroom at the moment, haha. I've been practicing the solos you emailed me, as well as some wee solos from a book I have, and teaching myself Living After Midnight, LOL! I have some great headphones I wear that block out the noise. I bashed a drum earlier today, forgetting that one of our cats was on the bed, man did he run out of there LOL!

Morning/evening everyone!!!

Joe, sorry to hear how sick you've been...hopefully with some spring air coming you'll perk right back to your usual delightful self!!!!

Thanks Becks.. Poor Derek has only been for a walk once this week. I took him and nearly passed out when I got back home and he's so small it's not like he is the most difficult do got control lol. I made it up to him by giving him a lamb chop for dinner lol.

I even had to cancel my drumming lesson so I'm well grumpy! Haven't played all week and I'm starting to feel it. I just look at my drums and get grumpy lol. It's the stiffness that's killing me. The fever is not that dangerous at the moment but just high enough to make me feel shitty. Oh well next year I will insist on my flu shot and think I'm indestructable like Chuck Norris lol.

How's your drums, you having fun with them I hope?

Oh and please tell me you've invested in some good earplugs? You need to protect your hearing lol.

So when they find out you are willing to do Ten, they assume you can do 10 for five days a week. Now that's Bastards!

ah, the mythical four day work week.  I remember asking about working 4 - 10's years ago.  manager said was against union regs.  asked union, they said fine.  sent in a proposed amendment to CBA.  asked manager, said he couldnt see how the schedule would work.  asked again.  he told me and another supervisor to write a shift bid that covered all the shifts with a few 4-10's on it.  we came back 20 min later, awesome schedule, and coincidentaly all the lead hand shifts were 4-10's.  now, its 5 10's pluss the weekends.

I love summer, I didn't get a summer this year, but I do love a good summer! Better than being dark at 6:00 pm.

LOL Momo! I'm all for the Four day work week! Would rather work ten hours a day for four days and get three off. At least, I think it sounds good in a theoretical sense. LOL
