Gotta take care with the meds ... I've been reading this book Voluntary Madness and it seems the recooperative effect of a weeks stay at a 5 star resort is the same quality care as insurance would pay out for therapy! I'll take the resort anyday ; )
NIght spa ... was just on my way to dreamland and thought I'd take a quick look around!

The weather sucked this year, unless you love rainy days. I love rainy days when I'm at home, in the bed, and don't have to get up till I feel like it!
