Unfortunately I cannot say, Lady B. I am not that technically savvy. I can almost guarantee that Murray will NOT "monitor" it. He has FAR better things to do and does NOT want to babysit this place. Nor should he. It is up to us to act like civilized human beings and, more importantly, just ignore the boors that return like a bad rash. If we were able to "block" these morons from a Thread, I truly believe peace would reign here. The only ones arguing would be the aforementioned morons and they would do so with themselves. I am certain they are ALL used to THAT.

You see, we have tried that. You will notice there are two "Pissing you Off" Threads. There are countless Threads asking specific questions that inevitably end up with one or more loser posting his garbage. The regulars could simply go to this Thread and talk about whatever they wish while those that do not want to be involved would have full access to the rest of the Board as always. We could even set up a system by which a regular would "sponsor" any newbee that wishes to gain access to this particular Thread. In this way, we could add new people to the chat and be sure they are not just more of the same idiots looking to post inappropriate trash. Allowing members in based solely on Respect Points or tenure would NOT work, as cretins like our pal Roger have clearly demonstrated.
I wish I were a "tech-nerd" of some sort so that I could actually present this idea with some intelligence to Murray , but I am not. Perhaps if enough of us get behind the idea, he will take notice? That is, if we all agree it is an effective solution.

Hopefully all my relatives remain in good health, or better health this year... And things will be complete... But all in all life is good!

I wish I were a "tech-nerd" of some sort so that I could actually present this idea with some intelligence to Murray , but I am not. Perhaps if enough of us get behind the idea, he will take notice? That is, if we all agree it is an effective solution.

Now I know how MG and Susan feel after Darryn created two accounts in my name, useing my real name and my profile pic therefor. Yesterday I have read the little battle between EJC_74 and Susan and I have thought "Scooter" is back with another account or it's Darryn again. So I have interact against EJC_74 (Eric), but it's Eric's fault too 'Cause he starts a lot of insults like against my mother.
I don't think that Murray banned Susan 'Cause he knows the whole story and he knows that we are all human beeings and that everyone of us are making mistakes - me too!!

He managed to do the "Respect Points" thing and that , unfortunately, has not been entirely effective. Short of mods (which is NOT going to happen) this would at least give us sanctuary from the lower forms of life. Too much to ask?
