Hehe Spa, I had a paper round as a kid too.
I'm the same Guido, I just run haha! Not training for anything (other than Army fitness tests), so I just off and go hehe.

HAAA!!!!! Hey, with modern technology, you never know!

You know, my ankles end up hurting, my knees, my thighs, my back. Perhaps if I actually TRAINED properly but, nah, I just run because I have nothing better to do. What dedication, eh?

See ya Vail!

Good idea Guido. I'm going for a run tomorrow but may keep it short if my knee acts up. My leg joints have always been problematic. I remember during hockey games, my ankles would collapse FUCK that would hurt!

Nah, I don't listen to nobody! LOL!

Becks - just thinking of either a short speed run or even a two mile walk tomorrow. Just something to keep moving. Kinda feel bad just sitting around. Tried a knee brace but worry about it rubbing the skin off on race day.

Don't plan on breaking my personal best anyway. Pretty hilly course as I understand. Never done Nashville before.

Good idea Guido, you'll do it more damage before race day. You want to be able to sail past all the cellphone runners haha! I didn't go running today either, my right knee was stuffed. One of the ligaments me thinks.

Actually, I'll have to go for now. Friend of mine wants to study (BELIEVE IT OR NOT!!! SHEESH...). I'll be back on soon. Hasta Luego!!

Nope. My knee is really still sort of bothering me from the ski trip. I never gave it much chance to rest and, with a couple of long runs, pounded it back to really hurting.

Just trying to keep it iced down now is about the best I can do with it coming up so quickly. No sense running now as I think I'll have a better chance if I just relax....then blow it out again on race day!
