CONGRATS TO GUIDO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good Eve everyone..
I wish I could run I hurt my knee when I was 16 I was thrown off a horse.. So it goes out, and it does this when I least expect it. I was carrying a load of laundry down to our basement once in MN and it went out. I went down 3 steps, lucky I wasnt at the top of the steps.. I hate it... I go for long walks and work out, this past 3 months Iam actually working out with weights. I have had the knee X-rayed and they say say they see loose cartlidge in there, and the told me at the time of the accident that I had deep tissue bruising. Benn a pain in the ass ever since.
Thats why today I really enjoyed walking the civic center, Hopefully all this darn ice melts soon, and I can walk all the way down to the lake! with the doggy...
MG~

Me? Treadmill save for the marathons races. "Weather" freaks me out! Only thing worse than wind for me are HILLS! Too bad Nashville (Music Marathon) is known for them. Ah well. What else have I got to do, eh? | | Becks wrote: | | I'm a short distance runner, so only 4km, and yes outside. I try to go fast though, lol. My legs have felt like lead the last couple of runs which is a pain, hope that stops soon. It was overcast outside and mild, temp of maybe 15 degrees C maximum? So nice running weather - what I prefer anyways LOL. No wind either which is a bonus, I hate running in to a head on wind LOL. | | guidogodoy wrote: | | How far a run, Becks?
Outside, I'd imagine. What was the temp? | | Becks wrote: | | Been for a run, done some reading, now waiting for the mail lady cos I'm hoping my new Priest shirts arrive today LOL!
Wow MG, Alan is so lucky to have met Steve! He must have had an awesome time at the concert! And it sounds like the car show was cool too |

Couldn't be happier! | | Deep Freeze wrote: | | A HUGE and heartfelt congratulations to guido and his Alma Mater!! A methodical and impressive dismantling of a very talented Louisville squad. That game was a wonderful example of what college basketball should be!! Super job by the Spartans and best of luck against a very good UConn next weekend. I am looking forward to that game!!!!!!! Shaping up to be a GREAT Final Four!!!!!! |
