Love many scenes in the movie.  Murrays' charities (single Mom's), sheep for the farmer's bowling, grabbing beers out of the fridge, the Landlady, the spoof of Indecent Proposal lol, love the whole movie!!

There's a really funny movie about bowling called Kingpin, Woody Harrelson plays a down on his luck alcoholic and Bill Murray plays a sleazy, arrogant bowling champion, both are hilarious.

Very Bad Things is a great black comedy, its about a stag party that goes wrong, Christian Slater is awesome in it as a guy who seems to have everything under control.
[jimmyjames] Thursday, September 18, 2008 5:58:15 AM

The female lead in The Game is played by Deborah Kara Unger.

I really liked a movie call The Last Seduction, it's about this sick bitch that uses sex to get money and mess up the lives of these two guys, it stars Linda Fiorentino, Peter Berg and Bill Pullman.

[ron h] Thursday, September 18, 2008 4:31:26 AM
That movie was surprisingly good (only 'cause I'm not a huge fan of Sean Penn), but they pulled it off brilliantly!!!  I'm not sure the name of the co-star (Maria Bellos ?), seen her in many movies since, was the first time I saw her and she was great as well.  (Then again, any movie with a clown doll (Poltergeist) has to be good!!)

Just watched Vacancy with Kate Beckinsale.  If you like suspense, thriller/horror w/o all the blood and guts, then I recommend it.
[jimmyjames] Monday, September 15, 2008 3:24:16 AM

He's definately one of the most under rated actors in the last 25 years, can you imagine how good The Departed would have been if Ralph had played Jack Nicholsons character, Imagine if Ralph had played the bad terminator in T2, Arnie vs Ralph would have been epic, I always thought Ralph was hard done by not to get the role Eddie Murphy got in Beverly Hills Cop.

Its a shame theres not more movies around for 45 year old actors who look and sound 16, must admit tho he was great as daniel san in karate kid, loved that bit in karate kid 2 when miyagi humiliated the evil sensei in the carpark after the tournament, thats classic cinema.

Heres a movie i really hated, The Bucket List, should of been called Bucket Of Shit, sentimental cliched cheese, saw that movie against my better judgement, was at my buddies place and his fiance came home with dvds, oh no i thought because i know what her taste in movies is like, romantic comedies, shitty product placement movies, junk with adam sandler, will ferrell etc. Bucket List sucked, what was Nicholson thinking, a real blot on his outstanding cv in my opinion.

ABSOLUTELY LORI,(AND YOU DON'T HAVE A PEA BRAIN,STOP THAT) IT WAS DEFINATELY ONE OF A KIND FOR IT'S TIME...PLUS YOU JUST CAN'T HELP BUT THINK (WITH ALL THAT'S GOING ON OUT THERE TODAY) SOMEWHERE AT ANY GIVEN TIME,THIS KIND OF HORROR IS TAKING PLACE! ...THINK ABOUT ALL THE PEOPLE THAT GO MISSING AROUND THE WORLD EVERY YEAR THAT ARE NEVER FOUND.A LOT OF SICKO'S OF THE SPECIES RUNNIN' AROUND OUT THERE.

ALTHOUGH THE MOVIE HAS BEEN PANNED BY SOME,I DID APPRECIATE THE EFFORT SALLY PUT IN AS FAR AS ACTING TERRIFIED,THE SCENE AT THE END WHEN SHE JUST MAKES IT INTO THE BACK OF THE PICK-UP TRUCK WHERE SHE IS SEEMINGLY SCREAMING-LAUGHING AS THOUGH SHE HAS GONE COMPLETELY INSANE FROM THE ORDEAL (WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE) WAS QUITE WELL DONE BY HER I THOUGHT....

Anyone seen a french film called 36 Quai De Orfevres? It's about all these corrupt, tough as hell cops in paris. It's awesome. Romeo Is Bleeding is a good one, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, anything Schwarzenegger did between Conan the Barbarian and Terminator 2. Movies i hate, romantic comedies, any kind of english period drama starring american actors, movies with lots of CGI, anything with adam sandler.

Didn't think Pulp Fiction was at all that good. Entertaining, with interesting features, but hey, I wasn't gobsmacked with I first saw it.
I liked the first Pirates of the Caribbean, the Mummy, any movie with Christopher Lee in it.
I really don't like any movie with Tom Cruise in it. His characters don't come out as believable to me.

I've walked by it many times at the dvd rental stores but never rented it. One of my rules on new movies is, if the store has 10 ready to be rented, and i come in and there's 10 there , there must be a reason, lol. Amazon.com is also a site i check reviews out on dvds before renting or buying. Amazons reviews on it were bad if i remeber correctly.

You know, I just flipped through a biography on Ed Wood. I thought I knew a bit about him but was laughing when I got to his more risqué films! I had no idea he did vampire porn! LOL!!!  I suppose his NAME might have given it away but still....my high impressions of that fine director have been dashed!

I am sad that the "lack of ideas" in US films had reached S. America.  I have seen it here in Chucky 1, 2, 3, 4, (5 vs. Predator) as in easy markets but, indeed, all ideas are exhausted.
We are lost, my friend.

Just wasted two hours of my life with a crap of a film from Brazil called "Se eu fosse voce ("If I were you")." GAAAAHHH! Freaky Friday - body swapping piece of crap that we have seen here in North America since forever!  Tom Hanks and (believe it or not) Lindsay Lohan did it better!.

Umm. from guido if you happen to live in a market where you have access to such horrible foreign films. RUN!

Just finished watching "I am Legend" - realistic scenario, a bit long, but good movie overall.  I liked it.

Ahhhh... a classic. One of the last of Mel Blanc (RIP). Also got Bugs and Mickey in the same film. Gotta love it.

Has anyone seen "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" If you haven't watched it, watch it...because there's nothing cooler than a movie with cartoons and real people.
