Well anyway, only Judas Priest and Rob Halford will already know what they do and they do the best, what they can do!!! I would also prefer that the Priest take K.K. Downing back, because he´s the most perfect guitar player in the world! Fans give a feedback, so I think the management doesn´t respect one voting, but maybe it will influence some decisions.

You did mention that Saxon had "No game changing albums"....no they don't....so what of it? So what?
Also, kodos to you for checkin out Ghost(B.C.) and its not your thing thats cool, but as for the so called silly satanic writting you claim,I chose to believe otherwise,I don't think there is anything funny about the band's song writting at all. And another thing that cracks me up is that you say they have "gimmick" costumes on stage...yes they are a "gimmick" what isn't?
They really don't look that different then Rob Halford on the Nostradamus tour wearing a cloak/robe with the Priest sign/staff....its "silly" that you don't see the similarities lol. Ghost is an elite new (not "nu") heavy metal band, thier songs are brilliant and remind me of early Mercyful Fate when I first started listening to MF in 1984(I don't like Mercyful Fate after 1984). Ghost also covers I'm A Marrionette by awkwardly "Abba" and pulls it off with ease,as well as Here Comes The Sun,the best cover of the Beatles track I have ever heard thats for sure.

Never said other bands were expected to have a "wow" album every 2 years either. Not sure where you are reading all this unless I'm just forgetting something I wrote, that's very possible,(I am getting older and on the declin just like the old declining judas priest , as mentioned multiple times in here by mushroomhead fan) if so please correct me. I did give Ghost a listen and it sounds really old to me but I like that a lot. I like the vocals because they are clear and melodic. The nice rythum guitars remind me of old judas priest (gues I should say young) sad wings and stained class IMO which is excellent. The deal breaker for me though is the satanic theme throughout the albun and gimmick costumes on stage,(although the stage show has nothing to do with listening to the album) very annoying IMO though, so I have to give it a thumbs down due to the silly satanic song writing.

Hey! A Trust fan!
I picked up a couple in France .... uh, a few years back and am willing to share. No sense listening to cassettes!
Two I just picked out of my case. I think I have a third (I know I have the original Paris is Burning) and, again, am willing to share.
Oh, let's finish this up with the popular Anthrax version:

PARIS IS STILL BURNING

Completely agree. Painkiller kicked major ass. About all we old-school metal fans can want, IMO. You all know that I am a fan of Nostra but certainly don't see that spawning any new bands. Rap + Metal to me was a completely natural mix. Then again, that comes from a Detroit boy. Mixes better than rap (and you know I mean OLD school rap) and country. Bleah.
Now the French doing Metal. There is a true blend! LOL! Most think Anthrax did the original tune....TRUST, baby!

Heck, Painkiller wasnt game changing either. to get priest changing the game, head back to the 70's or maybe 80 with British steel. other than that no games were changed but they still kicked ass. heck I love AOR, but I know that by itself changed nothing. I dont see nost starting any new metal trends. I dont know if I like most of the new metal, but these "trends" sure as fuck dont come from the priest.

To each his own (hey, I thought I was on your "ignore list").
Well said HB. It actually grinds my gears how people think Iron Maiden changed things and were revolutionary blah blah - if you look back they came along at the right time with the right sound. Priest brought the metal to heavy metal years before Maiden decided to join the fun.

no one needs a big wow album, ever. very few bands put out a true game changing album. they can still be a great band. lots of people love Megadeath, cant think of a game changer from them. heck, maiden might be the most popular (not to be confused with best) band out there, they changed nothing.

According to white trash,Priest doesnt have to have a big "wow" album out every 2 years but Saxon and other bands are expected to? Sounds like the same ole run of the mill these last 8 years Head Banger & Guido eh....
