I've just discovered decaf coffee for night time. I've always been strictly opposed to the idea (believing firmly that I drink coffee specifically for the caffiene) but it's kinda cool. I can fool my body into believing that I'm still getting my fix and not feeding my insomnia lol. I know if I keep telling myself this over time it will be ok lol. | | Necroticist wrote: | | Water PLEASE! preferasbly Highland Spring - but at this stage i'd drink rainwater from a drain-cover..
