Digressing a bit - a chef/cook is only as good as his tools - i use Shogun or Global knives. Cost a little more but u notice the difference. (Ever tried to chop an onion with a blunt knife? ugh....).

Rolled? not the original recipe - has to be stuffed - then sewn during cooking - that's the whole point (fun to cut into and be scalded by molten butter...lol).

Basically (originated in Russia) is a chicken breast fillet stuffed with garlic/herb butter, usually breadcrumbed too...

Rolled Chicken breast fillet with garlic butter on the inside, then crumbed and pan fried.... And it was amazing, if i do say so myself.
