LOLOL, Heimda11! So true. Only drawback is, while the first 2 do help , they then cause their own problems that need a-fixin'. So far music is the only thing that produces no nasty side effects. Unless you throw your back from headbanging too violently. Been there, done that. Martha's just about ready for the rocking chair . |

You might be getting older on paper young lady, but any of your many friends would tell you that you will always be young at heart. As my body gets older I find there is very little Jack Daniels, Missouri skunk, ice and tape can't fix. |

Heimda11 - I know what you mean...there are indeed days that require Jack straight from the bottle...and the older I get, the more of those days there are.... |

Metalgodess, i agree with you about Jack. The distinct charcoal flavor isn't for everyone. I often start Jack and water (oooooh it is sooooo goood!), progress to on the rocks, and then (after I'm ready to wrestle a rabid grizzly, which used to be frequently) straight out of the bottle. |

Not long ago at Ugly Joe's in Kansas City I put a couple scoops of ice cream in my beer and BANG... the Shinerbock float was born. If you like good beer and ice cream, TRY IT! You will be VERY surprised. The flavors are delightful. |

One of my favorites... Absolut Mandarin on the rocks with a lime. The bouquet is delightful. |

Choosing between Jack and water or a Guiness draft is like asking Ginger or Mary Ann... both of course. (Back to spirituality, Ben Franklin said beer was proof that God loves us.) |
