Does there "have to be a point" in listing all the Maiden albums from best to worst?  People here at the Judas Priest forum list these things all the time and the last time I checked there was nobody here "trying" to sell thier cds or tickets to anyone right? And my buddy Ron already has his opinions of Iron Maiden.

Brian Evans wrote He either likes them or he doesn't.( get off the fence ron h)

Well, just to let you know since you don't seem to know this, there are tons of fans of Iron Maiden that actually are "on the fence". Actually A guy at work was playing Piece Of Mind the other day(last Friday) and asked my boss if he liked Iron Maiden and he said..."ohawl I dunno, thier old stuff is kinda cool but not too fond of thier newer stuff but I'm still a fan of them"....so there are Iron Maiden fans that are "on the fence".

Am I going to catch Maiden on thier next tour?   Absolutely "NOT".  If I was paid to see them I would fall asleep no offence but I actually would be bored to death so no way. Am I going to continue to bash the band saying they have lost it the past 25 years? Absolutely because its my right to and I believe they deserve to be bashed. Will I laugh at thier new song titles? If the song titles are the actually titles that I posted then of course I will but I also posted that they may not be the real song titles so we will have to wait.   And the "smoke" doesn't clear in a couple of weeks, you've got a hell of a long way to go dude so if you were planning on the smoke clearing in a matter of 4 weeks then NO. I'll let the forum know "when the smoke is cleared".

Brian Evans wrote: Has that smoke cleared yet cause I'm still standing bro! lol!

HAHA!!  So how about listin' some albums from best to worst...does everything have to have a point to it? lol!

Hey Diamond, Not afraid but whats the point in listing the top Maiden ALBUMS best to worst in the Maiden thread? I'm not trying to sell Iron Maiden cd's or tickets to anyone like say your buddy ( ron h), I mean he has to make up his own mind if he wants to go see Maiden. He should know wheather or not he wants to see them. He either likes them or he doesn't.( get off the fence ron h) and make a metal decision.  So how about you diamond, are you going catch Maiden on their next tour or just continue on bashing the band saying they have lost it the past 25 years and laughing at their new cd title. Their gonna blow you away and then what will you say?

Has that smoke cleared yet cause I'm still standing bro! lol!

Hey Brian, just for fun why don't you go to the Iron Maiden thread and list all your favorite Iron maiden albums from the best to the worst....why not? Is this something that your afraid of doing?

Actually people may take your Motorhead opinions seriously because your leaning towards an "opinion" about Motorhead's albums...the way your talking makes it sound like you can actually rate these Motorhead albums with songs you like and songs you don't like ect...

why can't you rate Iron Maiden albums from the best to the worst? This is not starting a fight,or its not a slag ect...but really, why can't you rate Iron Maiden albums from best to worst and not including the Blaze era...just Paul and Bruce...why can't you do this? Are you afraid that if you mention 1 bad Maiden song this might make you an unworthy Iron Maiden fan? I know the shinanagins behind your curtain but for shits and giggles why don't you rate the Iron Maiden albums in the Iron Maiden thread?

Well I disagree with that but everyone has their opinions. I would listen to Maiden over Motorhead although they have decent albums. Ace OF Spades is pretty good.  [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Metalrulez from Saturday, March 13, 2010 7:37:21 PM)

Hmmmm Motorhead can not compete with Iron Maiden? I beg to differ. Lemmy and company can hold their own with and aginst any band. I would much rather sit and listen to Motorhead then 99% of Maidens catalog.

I only got a few Motörhead albums. Some on CD and some on vinyl. The ones I got are Overkill (CD), Bomber (VINYL), Ace Of Spades (VINYL), March Ör Die (CD), 1916 (CD) and Kiss Of Death (VINYL)

Motorhead is ok but I don't think they can compete against Maiden and their 3 headed monster guitar attack or Judas Priest. Seem like a lot of their albums sound the same. I like progression in song writing and instrumentation. I went to one of their shows one time and they didn't show up. Ace of Spades is pretty good.

TO NAME ONLY A FEW,ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEIR DOUBLE LIVE "EVERYTHING LOUDER THAN EVERYTHING ELSE" ..."ORGASMATRON"...AND REALLY LIKE "MOTORIZER"..."BEST OF" (if that counts)..."KISS OF DEATH"..."MARCH OR DIE"

This is a cool song.

Terminal Show track #1 freakin excellent!!
[J.D. DIAMOND] Wednesday, February 10, 2010 3:59:49 AM
March Or Die just doesn't have that raw Motorhead sound, its the most clean sounding Motorhead album to date and not just that, its the song writting and songs, and the cover of Cat Scratch Fever is lame not that Lemmy does it bad,its just that I hate that song always have, and he does the Hellraiser song thats also on Ozzy's album No more Tears wich also I hate, and then the "I Aint  no nice guy after all"  duet with Ozzy....and then there is a buch of other tunes....I think theres 12 tracks on March Or Die and I think that there may be 3 songs 4 songs top that are "ok" but nothing great.I just can't stand the album,I may bitch about Another Perfect Day and it is at the bottom of my favorite Motorhead albums but March Or Die is much worse than Another Perfect Day in my opinion, its the only Motorhead album I do not own.  If I had one Motorhead album to recomend to listeners that are not familiar with Motorhead,I would tell them to listen to Inferno(2004).

I hear what your saying about the guitar sound. Theres a certain raw attitude missing from that record. Like that Motorhead raw attitude and I do believe it lies in the guitar. Good album, but yes I would recommend a shitload of other motorhead records to people before that one. And oddly enough March or Die is one of two motorhead records I don't own. March or Die and Snake Bite Love are the only two. What is so bad about March or Die? From what I saw Ozzy, Slash and Zakk Wylde play on it.
[J.D. DIAMOND] Tuesday, February 09, 2010 5:22:26 PM
LOL! Yeah the "Another Perfect Day" dispute?? lol! Well,Another Perfect Day is not totally a shit album,no....now that title goes to 1992's "March Or Die" album, god I hate that record, its the only Motorhead album I don't and won't have!!! Its just that every album besides March Or Die I find better than Another Perfect Day but its only my opinion, not everybodys. Its just that Brian Robertson's guitar work ...(the guy that replaced fast Ediie Clark)some of his riffs sound like Van Halen 5150 album even though the Motorhead album was made 3 years before Van Halen's 5150 album....it just doesn't sound like Motorhead at times throughout the album to me.

I still like some tracks though, not every song sounds like Van Hager but like 3 or 4 of them do and it bugs me.But I won't bash the album, its just that I find all thier other albums (again exept the March Or Die album)more interesting and better quality song writting/songs,I would rather recomend other albums to fans that are not familiar with Motorhead instead of Another Perfect Day,I think that album wouldn't give new fans that good of an idea of Motorhead, but thats just my opinion.

ya see it appears as if Iron Fist is a goodie for the fans. Yet everywhere else I hear it get bashed. I think its quite good. sweet.

That's cool, having drinks with Lemmy. I think their, late 70's early 80's  stuff is the best too.

I hate to name drop, but during my roadie years i had the pleasure of making Lem's acquaintance, he actually used to stay in this lil town, u know ur a man when u can match him in a bar...lol. And yes...the music is great...Overkill remains my fave, live wise tho - they were in their prime by '80 - and it's a dream to see him return at the odd Hawkwind gig.
