I'm not ripping anyone into Styper but I've always hated them and it has nothing to do with them being christian.
Their music, and that hair, and that spandex,and that lipstick. They were poppy, kinda weak, sort of in the vain of Bon Jovi or Europe

Stryper IS a really Great Band!! I don't care if they are christian, i'm not, but i don't give a damn about that, what I like is that flashy, swift melodic guitar solos, bold drums, kick ass bass, strong riffs, and that angelic-sounding anthemic choruses!!! when they sing "GOTTA BE STONG, KEEP THE FIRE BURNING" or "IN GOD WE TRUST" that sounds like a choir from heaven, STRYPER rocks!!

Yes,it is a matter of tastes your right,my opinion isn't the "right one" as there really is no right or wrong but since we are on a classic British heavy metal band's forum I think a lot of people will side in with my opinion vs. yours,no worries though.
