Priest and Maiden were my first show in "81"  Never forget it.  Same line-up again in "82" but with now singer Bruce Dickenson. The best shows I've ever been to but my understanding is that Priest invited them to tour with them to give them exposure and well Maiden haven't really shown much appreciation towards Priest.  I think they are friendly to each other but wouldn't say they are friends like Priest are with Sabbath and Scorpions.  I love Maiden but Bruce can be a bit outspoken and likes to dish the same system that gave them their big break. I get the feeling sometimes that Bruce thinks he's above everyone.
